How we handle information you submit through skyviewlabs.ai.
What we collect
Information you submit through our contact form (name, organization, role, email, phone, the project description and budget/timeline you share with us). Site analytics including pages viewed, referrers, and session activity.
We also use a third-party B2B visitor-analytics service that may match a visitor's IP address to a likely organization and aggregate page-view activity into a company-level profile. This is intended to identify business interest, not individuals. See "Cookies & tracking" below for opt-out.
What we do with it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry. Aggregate visitor and analytics data is used to understand which organizations engage with the site and to improve content. We don't sell personal information. We don't add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for. We don't share contact-form submissions with marketing partners.
Who we share it with
No one, except service providers under written agreement — including the email service that delivers contact-form submissions, the CRM we use to respond to inquiries, and the analytics and visitor-identification providers that process site activity on our behalf — and only as needed for those purposes.
Cookies & tracking
This site uses first-party cookies and a small amount of locally-stored data to keep the site functional and to record your cookie choice. The visitor-analytics service described above sets cookies that help associate page views with returning visitors and likely organizations.
You can decline tracking at any time using the banner at the bottom of the page. Declining sets a local opt-out flag on your browser; the visitor-analytics script will not be loaded on subsequent page views from that browser. To revoke a prior choice, clear your site data for skyviewlabs.ai and the banner will reappear. Most browsers also let you block third-party scripts and cookies entirely; doing so will not affect the contact form.
Retention
Inquiry information is retained while we evaluate fit and during any resulting engagement, plus a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@skyviewlabs.ai.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other state privacy laws). We honor those rights. Contact us at privacy@skyviewlabs.ai.
